MEETINGS & BANQUETS Great pride has been taken in the quality of our catering facilities. The hotel offers the most professional, high-tech and versatile convention and exhibition venues in the city for a variety of events. We are capable of hosting any size meeting from 10 to 2000 guests. In addition to the meeting space, the hotel offers unparalleled service. The most advanced audio-visual systems have been built into each meeting room, with centrally controlled, computer-enhanced display, monitors and projection systems. In every way, the hotel's banquet and convention facilities are second to none. There are 14 spacious and versatile meeting and banqueting rooms. Some of the rooms can be extended to form a larger area to accommodate as many as 750 for dinner or 1500 for cocktails. Technical capabilities include ISDN lines, satellite and videoconference linkage. The whole 4th floor of InterContinental Bangkok is a dedicated convention floor offering a total area of 3500 square metres. Our experienced catering team of dedicated service professionals can create truly exceptional events with a combination of custom-designed menus and imaginative and innovative decorative styles. Meeting Rooms InterContinental Bangkok also features five small to medium-size meeting rooms, including the Boardroom and President Rooms 1 to 4, which can accommodate from 10 to 80 people for any kind of meeting, cocktails or buffet. Concorde Exhibition Hall With 1250 square metres of space, the Concorde Exhibition Hall can accommodate a cocktail party for up to 1500 people and can also be used for car exhibitions. For smaller functions, the hall can be divided into six rooms with a capacity of 30 to 90 people in each room. All meeting rooms and the exhibition hall are equipped with sophisticated audio-visual systems with centrally controlled, computer-enhanced display, monitor and projection capabilities. Professional conference organisers are always ready to help with presentation requirements, entertainment options and menu planning, whilst highly qualified service staff are dedicated to making your meeting a real success. Oasis Room The Oasis function room is located on the 37th floor and can be utilised for a multitude of small events. The hotel is aiming its marketing strategy at the MICE sector and the business traveller. We are able to offer flexible interior designs to suit any occasion. The pillar-free Oasis Room has been designed with a restaurant feel and ambience that provides a unique alliance of high ideals and contemporary charm.
