Room

The Jiva Resort comprises 128 rooms, suites and apartments, spread out in a cluster of nine buildings, with either one or three floors. All units are very spacious, comfortable, functional and tastefully decorated in contemporary style. All rooms have a private balcony or terrace over-looking the pool areas or the garden, which ensures a view of tranquility and include other facilities such as refrigerator and hairdryers designed for your comfort. All rooms and suites have satellite-TV and are air-conditioned. All floors are tiled, not with carpet.

Our family apartments and family suites are fully equipped for self-catering, including cooking range, microwave oven, refrigerator and all necessary utensils and can take up to seven persons.

Kata Beach is the natural choice for those who needs the comfort of a family resort as well as a short distance to the beach. Jiva Resort is only a 10 minute walk to Kata Beach and a 10 minute drive to Kata Noi, another quiet and popular resort village.
Deluxe Room

Deluxe rooms are 30 m2 and can accommodate up to 3 persons, (3rd person in a roll-away-bed) to an additional charge. If three persons occupy a deluxe room, the extra bed is compulsory.

All rooms have either twin bed or king size bed and are equipped with a refrigerator, water kettle as well as chinaware and cutlery for your comfort, should you decide to enjoy a light meal in your room.

All rooms have a furnished terrace (ground floor) or balcony. This room type is spread out over the complex. Should you request any special location, please inform us.
Junior Suite

All necessities are provided for you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest in this family apartment. Our Junior suites are 60 m2 and can accommodate up to 5 people (3rd and 4th person in a sofa bed, 5th in a roll-away-bed). Rates for Junior suite are based on the number of people inside the room. This room type is suitable for the family with children who needs the comfort of self- catering and prefers to enjoy the day at the resort. The design of this suite is a bedroom with king size bed and a living room area with dining table and chairs as well as sofa. Cooking range, microwave oven, a kettle and toaster are standard equipment in the Junior suite as well as cutlery and chinaware and cooking utensils.

Executive Suite

Our Executive family suites are especially designed for the larger family and can accommodate up to seven people. The living area is 90 m2.

The suite consists of two bedrooms (one with king size bed, the other with twin bed) and a large living room with cooking-area, dining table and a sofa, which is used as a bed for two people at night if required. The use of extra bed and is compulsory for 5th- 7th person in this apartment and the rate is based on the number of people inside the room.

Cooking range, microwave oven, kettle and toaster are standard equipment in the Executive suite as well as cutlery and chinaware and cooking utensils. All Executive suites have a furnished terrace since they are situated on the ground floor only.
