Superb dining experiences await you at The Evason Hideaway's unique restaurants and bars or, if you prefer, served to you in the privacy your villa. All guests of Evason Hideaway also have the choice of dining alternatives at the adjacently located Evason.

The Beach Restaurant
The Beach Restaurant located at the front of the resort and overlooking the sea is open for lunch and dinner daily featuring an open kitchen and wood fired pizza oven serving Mediterranean influenced dishes incorporating fresh ingredients, many of which are harvested daily from the resorts organic herb, fruit and vegetable garden.

Villa Dining
In Villa Dining at The Hideaway allows you the opportunity to dine in the privacy of your villa anytime you wish with offerings never limited to the usual - a favorite of many guests is an evening BBQ prepared by our hosts on your private terrace beside the pool with a Chef and service hosts in attendance while you simply relax and enjoy the secluded tropical ambience.

The Living Room
The Living Room offers a buffet and a la carte breakfast from 7.00am to 10.30am daily and offers a contemporary selection of local and international dishes all day in an al fresco environment and overlooking splendid lotus ponds. Especially designed Balanced Cuisine, unique to The Living Room, complements many of the Earth Spa treatments and adds an overall balance to your health and well being.

The Bar
The Bar located inside The Living Room garden terrace is a perfect setting to relax any time of the day or evening and is open daily serving an array of cocktails, spirits and wines, many available by the glass from our internationally stocked wine cellar.

The Wine Cellar
Alongside the Living Room, Evason Hideaway Hua Hin features a Wine Cellar. To compliment the dining options we offer a wine list with an international content that covers many recognised and some unrecognised wine producing countries in both hemispheres. This mixture of new world wines and French classics offers you the opportunity to fulfill your dining experience despite both cultural and climatic challenges.
