All 33 suites are located along Kai Bae Beach on the Koh Chang Island side of the estate and feature a sitting room, separate air-conditioned bedroom, refrigerator in-room safe, furnished veranda surrounded with Tropical garden.

The Resort's consist of a villa view and a cliff view there are 8 units in each view area, while the villa gives a more spacious presence with its suburban look. The cliff unit gives the panoramic view of the ocean and the surrounding island in its modern architecture.

All room have balcony or terrace, with a view of ocean, Non smoking floors, Satellite TV, Minibar, Hairdryer

The Poolside Suites feature 16 standard unit of accomodation set in amongst a 15-acre coconut plantation. Each has its own private terrace and sun deck with lotus pond. The exotic views overlook five offshore islands, making these rooms particularly popular with professional photographers. Enjoy the total privacy and comfort of individual quarters in a lush setting of fragrant flowering trees.
There are seven standard Cliff View Suites positioned along the water's edge, each with a unique decoration which sets the rooms apart. What they all have in common, however, are uninterrupted views of the sea from their bedrooms and private verandas.


Two Cliff View Rooms have interconnecting suites to make a two bedroom, unit.
Place on a raise platform away from the cliff, here you can admire the beautiful sunsets from a private balcony.
The four Thai Houses Suites are set back from the coast, and are scattered in the hills behind the Cliff View Suite. providing tantalising glimpses of the gulf of Thailand framed by the surrounding vegetation.

All Sea View Suites (Garden Suites) are identical in size and layout, each with over 55 square meter of interior space.
All Sea View Suites feature a large shower (big enough for two), decorated with classically-coloured tropical plants and louvers to ensure privacy. Each unit can accomodate between four and six people comfortably. A family home fit for a king
