Conference

The Lotus meeting room offers small exclusive groups an option to meet on Koh Samui with an emphasis on service and meeting delivery. The ballroom, divisible into two sections, an area of 120 square meters (1,292 square feet), is ideal for an intimate boardroom set up, cocktail party, wedding reception or a gala dinner. The inviting pre-function meeting space is great for small coffee breaks. Themed events and corporate teambuilding exploring our diverse locations can also be arranged to cater to each client’s specific requirements.

Sports, Recreation & Activities

A wide range of recreation activities are available at the resort for the guests. The fully equipped fitness center offers a range of free weight, exercise equipment and treadmills. In the Spa itself there are separate steam rooms for ladies and gentlemen as well as plunge pools.

Fitness center

Open daily from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm with 24 hours access – after the opening hours Front Desk needs to be contacted to open the Fitness center.

Recreation Activities

The resort has many recreation options including Thai boxing classes, massage lessons, and a Thai cooking school. Mountain bikes for exploring the resort's neighborhood are available free of charge as well as kayaks and snorkeling equipment.

Swimming Pools

The resort has two magnificent swimming pools. The main pool decorated with oriental sculptures has three levels, two of which can be used as paddling pools for children. The pool is located by the beach and has magnificent views. The resort’s 50 meter Leelawadee Lap Pool is located adjacent to the Deluxe Room building and offers a truly Olympic experience as well as a tropical, peaceful and quiet environment.

Boutique

A boutique gift shop selling Thai memorabilia and handicrafts, postcards, oriental beauty products, and snack items is located on property. Opening times: 10.00 am - 7.00 pm

Safety & Security

The Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa is very particular about guest safety and security. When Marriott International assumed management of the Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa designs and plans were developed and funds were invested to install a state of the art sprinkler and smoke detection system resort wide to further enhance safety and security. In addition to security personnel being on duty 24/7, the resort conducts associate training in the art of fire extinguisher use and basic first aid as the protection and well being of our guests, associates and assets is of paramount importance.

Airport Access

Koh Samui is easily accessible, there are numerous daily flights by Bangkok Airways from Bangkok, and Phuket. There are also direct international flights from Singapore and Hongkong. The flying time from Bangkok and Phuket to Koh Samui is forty-five (45) minutes.

Departure tax for domestic as well as international flights is charged.

Airport Transportation

The Resort’s luxurious limousine service is available for hire for airport transfers and private trips, with a maximum of three persons per vehicle. Larger vehicles are available for families and groups.

Shuttle Service

The Resort’s shuttle service to Chaweng Beach operates several times daily on a scheduled, complimentary basis.
